I want to Thank You Steven for all your help, guidance and hours of time you have spent guiding me through the system. You are one of those people you rarely encounter anymore who gives 110% of himself for his client customer service and should be held in high honor for management. Your level of customer service and kindness made all the difference. You never sounded frustrated or gave up on me being clueless. As a former VP I would hire you as a top manager with no hesitation.

I just spoke with Wendy. She was helping me select a health plan. I was just letting her know I really, really appreciate her patience and for helping explain all the different plans that were available to me as well. I’m one of these people that if I get bad service, I will make a complaint. So at the same token, when I feel like I got excellent service, I’d make you aware. She was totally professional and very patient. She didn’t get annoyed if I couldn’t answer a question right away or if I asked her to repeat something. She was just totally professional and I just think she should be noted for it. She provided excellent service. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her 10 plus!

I just had the most wonderful experience with Holly. She called me back twice after checking other sources on ways to help me. I feel great about having her. Please know she’s a huge asset and please appreciate her for me because she just made this little problem disappear that was really stressing me out. You have a good one on your hands over there with Holly.

Esmeralda is the lady who helped me get insurance today. It took me 2 hours on the phone to call all sorts of insurance companies. Finally, I contacted you guys and Esmeralda answered. I was so frustrated but by the way she talked and knew everything and explained everything, it really helped me out. And I just want to say I really appreciate everything she did. She turned my day around. Completely. And if there’s more people like Esmeralda, we wouldn’t be so frustrated in the world. If you want to leave my comments on your webpage, I would love for other people to see what your employees are all about. You guys are very helpful and I want you to know I appreciate everything you did for me. Esmeralda is an amazing worker. I wouldn’t feel so comfortable now if it wasn’t for her. I could at least continue doing what I’m doing with my family today and have a very good, blessed day today because of her.

I would like to thank you for the superior service and fast responses to my Covered California insurance questions. Your friendly attitude and expertise in the products has made it a pleasure to work with you. I appreciate your efficiency in being able to get things already set up, including my first payment, for my new coverage starting January 1, 2016. So now I do not have to worry. Additionally, I appreciate you answering the phone without a long “phone tree”, which is an anomaly today, and being available when I ring. My experience with Covered California is excellent thanks to your excellent service.

I’m calling just to tell you how much help I received from Esmer. She was so clear and very responsive. She made things simple and helped me think and understand what I needed to do. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated that. I’m trying to get information to get my daughter signed up since she’s turning 26 and about to lose her plan. I was in the office yesterday and very pleasantly greeted by Holly. I have had a rough time with covered Ca being on the phone almost daily trying very hard to make a transfer from Blue Shield to Kaiser. Needless to say it’s been frustrating at best. Holly quickly comforted me letting me know she was here to help. She looked over my paperwork and then got on the phone. She helped me to figure out the steps to take and gave me direction. Holly was so genuine and kind, and honestly I have never felt more cared for and had my needs met in this way by anyone in insurance. She assured me the office was there to stay and I could come in or call for help anytime and especially if this did not work. Holly is an exceptional person with a passion for her job. She has wonderful customer service, pays attention to details, and above all truly listens. She’s able to multitask as another person came in at the same time yet she helped us both without one of us feeling left behind So many people are quick to complain, but rarely take the time to appreciate. Holly deserves to be recognized for her wonderful skill set but also for her compassionate demeanor, and the light she brings with her warm smile and patience.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Esmeralda today. She walked me through the process of making my payment and getting my health coverage started. The carrier’s phone # was not working and I’ve just had so much trouble trying it another way. Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful, professional, and helpful. I appreciate it. She made my day. Her voice. The way she handled things. She’s respectful, courteous, just a caring person. So I wanted to pass it along. Thank you very much for all you do to help us get health care. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this process was. I had heard nightmare stories about how long it took and etc. I was also under the impression that I wouldn’t be able to get healthcare at places such as Kaiser, very pleased with the outcome.

I’ve been searching for help and trying to figure out stuff’. I got on other people’s websites. This morning, I got someone really rude asking me all kinds of questions. And I just got the opportunity to talk to Esmeralda. She was fantastic. What a great employee. I don’t know her; I’m really not plugging her. I’m just so satisfied with the fact that she gave me correct information. I really appreciate her. Thank you so much. I’ll call you guys back the minute I can get insurance.

When I looked at the Covered CA application, I was so overwhelmed by the many pages. It was hard to tell what to fill out. Your company helped me tremendously in deciphering what I needed to do.
I called three times and spoke with Wendy, Jessica, and Esmeralda. They were like clones. Everyone was helpful, friendly, professional, very pleasant, and kind. It was like being at Disneyland. I could feel the warmth and that they cared about people.
You were super helpful and I’m thankful you’re there. I’ll be recommending you to people I know.

I am writing this letter to thank you for providing us with the most exceptional customer service we have ever experienced in Holly Davies. Back in 2010, we went off of COBRA and Holly helped us set up a group account. She was so easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I recently went on Medicare and was so relieved to find that Holly was still with the company and we could get her to guide us during this change. She took charge and guided us successfully through every step of the way, helping me go on Medicare, my Wife on a new personal plan, and then cancelling the group plan we originally set up. Of all the things you do in life, your health insurance is one of the most important things you do. It is really scary trying to sort out what you should be doing. Holly made the entire process so simple and always gave me the feeling we could trust what she was telling us to do. She is a pleasure to work with.Throughout my career, I have managed large Customer Service organizations in the Computer and Optical Disc industries. In my last position, I had over 300 customer service representatives worldwide. I do know what good Customer Service should be. I must say that without a doubt, Holly is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have never felt compelled to write a letter like this before, but in this case, it seemed appropriate.
