If you were requested to submit documents to Covered California to verify certain information on your application, you can submit these 1 of 3 ways.

Submit documents online

You can upload your documents by taking a legible photo with a smart phone then saving to a computer.

  1. Login to your online application
  2. Click on the “Manage Verifications” link located on the right, below “Actions”
  3. Click “Submit Verifications”
  4. Click the upload link on the Submit Verifications page
  5. Select the “Document Category” of the document you want to upload
  6. Choose the “Document Type” in the dropdown menu
  7. Click the “Browse” button to find the document, then upload
  8. Look for the text in green that says, “File uploaded successfully”
  9. Click the “View” option to verify the correct document was uploaded
